📋 Description

• Lead an assigned team of Field Service Engineers across the region • Deliver exceptional customer experience, strong service execution, equipment uptime and consistent business results • Ensure timely, high-quality service calls, installations and escalation resolution • Drive first-time fix and equipment uptime • Lead, develop and retain Field Service Engineers through expectations, accountability, coaching and technical capability development • Partner with Sales, Applications and Service Coordination to resolve customer needs, retain base business, support installations and identify growth opportunities • Own regional service performance through Daily Management, KPI review and corrective actions • Resolve customer escalations using customer and service data to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues • Build cross-functional partnerships with Technical Assistance, Service Operations and Logistics • Drive continuous improvement using the Danaher Business System, including Kaizen, problem solving and other DBS tools • Report to the Director, Field Service West as part of the Field Service Team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in Field Service, Customer Support or a similar service organization • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading customer-facing or field-based teams • Demonstrated experience managing customer escalations, service delivery and cross-functional partnerships • Up to 75% flying and/or driving travel, potentially including overnight stays, short-notice and extended travel • Travel primarily domestic, with occasional international travel • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs. • Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, sit, squat, kneel, ascend and descend stairs, and reach with hands and arms
