📋 Description

• Service Beckman Coulter products at customer facilities • Cultivate customer relationships and support commercial initiatives • Drive a sense of urgency to address customer needs promptly • Emphasize a “first time fix” through the problem-solving process • Travel primarily domestically, with occasional international travel and overnight stays • Report to the Northeast Supervisor as part of the US Northeast Field Service Team

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biomedical engineering, or life science, OR equivalent military experience working on mechanical, technical, laboratory, pneumatic, or related instruments • 3+ years' experience problem solving, diagnosing, or troubleshooting instrumentation challenges using a variety of methods • Up to 70% flying and/or driving travel, including overnight stays • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, and/or place up to 50 lbs. unassisted • Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, sit, squat, kneel, ascend and descend stairs, and reach with hands and arms
