📋 Description

• Review capital placement agreements and determine appropriate lease classification under ASC 842 and Danaher policies • Evaluate non-standard terms and conditions in customer orders and contracts • Develop technically sound revenue recognition conclusions under ASC 606 • Perform accounting for distribution rebates and chargebacks • Provide technical support for revenue-related month-end close activities and audit requests • Develop advanced expertise in ASC 842 and support accurate, compliant revenue and lease reporting • Lead and support automation initiatives to optimize and streamline revenue operations processes • Deepen functional knowledge of SAP Quote-to-Cash and Revenue Accounting and Reporting modules • Report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting as part of the Revenue & Technical Accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 5+ years of accounting experience • Strong hands-on knowledge of ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) and ASC 842 (Lease Accounting) • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal • Aptitude for quickly learning new concepts and accounting guidance, including evolving standards and technical literature • Ability to travel approximately 5% • Big 4 or public/private industry accounting experience preferred but not required • ERP system implementation experience, including UAT, data validations, and data analytics activities • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA and SAP RAR module
