📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications supporting a suite of 3D design interactions • Orchestrate 3D tool availability for the internal workforce based on supply chain event triggers, matching capability with capacity • Coordinate submission and storage of browser-based CAD outputs to the cloud and distribution to remote manufacturing centers • Support and develop internal APIs, endpoints, and microservices • Instrument tools to provide data insights for capacity and throughput planning, forecasting, and improvement • Build third-party API integrations to transmit 3D data payloads and retrieve resultant outputs • Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity • Write maintainable code meeting internal style, quality, and best-practice standards • Maintain and advocate for coding standards through code review • Advocate for product quality, security, and performance improvements • Join Dandy’s global, remote CAD and 3D team supporting web-based 3D tools across the internal supply chain

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • At least 4 years of backend development experience using TypeScript and NodeJS • Experience with back-end systems such as NestJS, NodeJS, and GraphQL • Self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills • Ability to thrive in a remote-first organization • Strong team player with a high level of initiative • Effective communicator around risks and trade-offs • Familiarity with 3D file formats, transmission, storage, and cloud infrastructure is a bonus • Experience with digital dental design tools is a bonus
