📋 Description

• Develop production-ready data models by integrating multiple data sources • Work with business and technical teams to understand business strategy and objectives • Gather information and ensure business requirements are fulfilled throughout the data and analytics lifecycle • Collect business requirements and translate them into an actionable data warehouse plan • Identify solutions using multi-dimensional and tabular data modeling techniques • Work within the SDLC framework across multiple environments • Define and implement database design and ETL best practices • Direct ETL development and the work of others • Apply ETL/ELT optimization and scheduling best practices • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven understanding of Data warehousing, Data Architecture, and BI • Experience with data pipelines and architecture/engineering • Knowledge of modern apps and data platforms • Cloud-based project implementation • Google BigQuery experience • 3+ years of BI/Data Warehousing experience • 1+ years of cloud platforms experience with Google Cloud Platform • 3+ years of dimensional data modeling experience • 3+ years of ETL experience • 3+ years of SQL experience • 1+ years of Business Intelligence experience with Power BI • Ability to collect and understand business requirements and translate them into an actionable data warehouse plan • Knowledge of multi-dimensional and tabular design patterns • Ability to work within the SDLC framework in multiple environments • Ability to define and implement best practices across database design and ETL • Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, optimization, and scheduling • Ability to direct the work of others • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time • Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity machinery • Ability to frequently communicate with clients and coworkers and exchange accurate information
