📋 Description

• Deliver Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation projects of varying sizes and complexity for warehouse clients worldwide • Partner with the Project Manager, Scrum Master, Director of Project Implementation, and Agile delivery team • Maintain partnerships with internal and external client stakeholders to keep project timelines on track • Interact with users and software engineers to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications • Troubleshoot WMS software and provide on-site support and training for client warehouse employees • Assist with development and testing of WMS software features • Develop warehouse software reports and system features • Lead requirements discovery and facilitate solution design • Train clients and act as the client liaison for concerns, solution strategy, and expectations • Add detail to Product Backlog items for Technical Associates • Provide oversight of technical items delivered by Technical Associates • Test technical solutions in customer environments • Ensure client Go Live success, either on-site or remotely • Assign tasks and train Technical Associates • Advise clients on best practices and efficiencies • Assist with process improvement initiatives • Ensure all client artifacts are stored in the DevOps project • Potentially act as Product Owner for a specific Client Delivery Team • Potentially specialize in work for customers from a specific industry

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the United States • Currently hiring in AL, FL, GA, IN, KS, LA, MS, NC, NE, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, and WY • Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject or 7+ years of experience managing software implementation • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written • Willing to travel 25% of the time during employment • Prior experience implementing WMS, TMS, or other supply chain-related software preferred • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with department members and clients • Experience in the warehousing industry • Knowledge of Agile work practices • Requirement Effort Analysis • Technical Solution Analysis • Business Process Analysis • Gap Analysis • Quality Control • Client Training • Project Time-Tracking • Knowledge of SQL, SQL Report Services, Workflow, XML, Technical Documentation, and Microsoft Office
