📋 Description

• Own customer relationships and communication with technical and business stakeholders • Lead technical discovery and solution design • Translate customer requests into actionable engineering specifications and tickets • Drive delivery from intake through acceptance, including owners, milestones, dependencies, risks, and validation • Investigate technical issues by inspecting onchain transactions, contract state, API responses, and logs • Reproduce problems and build scripts or integration examples for diagnosis • Standardize vault launches and operations, including intake requirements, configuration decisions, launch checklists, documentation, and operational handoffs • Own ongoing customer success, adoption, satisfaction, changing requirements, incident communication, and corrective actions • Use AI tools for research, debugging, specification development, documentation, and workflow automation • Build the customer engineering function and improve repeatable delivery processes • Work closely with engineering, product, and growth

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of owning complex customer engagements in a technical role, such as customer engineering, solutions engineering, integration engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting • Strong DeFi and Web3 fundamentals, including smart contracts, wallets, token approvals, vaults, lending, liquidity, and deposit and withdrawal mechanics • Hands-on experience with block explorers and blockchain tooling • Ability to inspect transactions and events, read contract interfaces and relevant Solidity code, and reason about permissions and asset movement • Practical software engineering skills with APIs and SDKs • Ability to read an unfamiliar codebase and write scripts in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language • Ability to investigate issues across onchain and offchain systems • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Strong execution and organizational judgment • Ability to turn ambiguous requests into concrete plans, manage competing priorities, and drive work across teams through completion • Confidence setting realistic expectations and challenging assumptions constructively • Experience using AI tools in real workflows, with technical judgment to evaluate and correct their output • Experience building or supporting DeFi vaults, institutional crypto integrations, or products involving lending, staking, or cross-chain infrastructure is an advantage • Experience working directly with exchanges, wallets, asset managers, or other enterprise crypto customers is an advantage • Experience creating implementation playbooks, intake systems, or automation is an advantage • Experience shipping production software or smart contracts and supporting them after launch is an advantage
