📋 Description

• Lead work within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, DaVita’s integrated care division • Advance integrated care for patients with late-stage chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease • Help revolutionize kidney care and make integrated care the standard for renal patients • Contribute to developing DaVita IKC’s model of care and team • Support quality patient care, improved outcomes, patient quality of life, and lower total cost of care • Collaborate with a team of nurses, care coordinators, nurse practitioners, and business professionals • Pursue DaVita’s vision of building the greatest healthcare community

• Experience, qualifications, skills, and competencies commensurate with the Group Vice President role • Must meet applicable minimum wage and exemption requirements for the geographical jurisdiction • Position is based in Connecticut, United States
