• Educate teams as a clinical services specialist and quality outcomes specialist covering specific regions • Develop, review, and roll out clinical policies and education materials • Implement and monitor plans to meet facility goals • Share best practices supporting quality management programs • Assist with preceptor training programs • Train teammates, management, and patients • Support patient-centered kidney care across assigned regions
• A.D.N. degree from an accredited school of nursing required; a three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may substitute for a nursing degree • B.S.N. preferred • Bachelor's degree in an associated field preferred • Current RN license in state of practice required • Minimum of 3 years of nephrology experience required; 5 years preferred • Experience researching, updating, and maintaining clinical policies and procedures preferred • Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel • Experience teaching adult learners strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms as necessary • CNN or CDN, Bonent certification within one year of hire or position change • Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record required • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
