📋 Description

• Serve as an integral member of the leadership team for assigned business segments • Act as a trusted advisor on strategic human resources and other matters impacting business results • Align People Services activities with DaVita’s culture, values, and mission • Execute People Services strategy to support business needs • Partner with corporate People Services functions, including Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting • Act as an internal consultant and strategist to deliver positive business results • Ensure adherence to People Services policies • Ensure compliance with Teammate Relations findings and action plans

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to People Services and strategic human resources • Ability to align People Services activities with organizational culture, values, and mission • Ability to advise leadership on matters impacting business results • Ability to partner with Teammate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, and Recruiting functions • Ability to ensure adherence to policies and compliance with findings and action plans • Must complete pre-employment substance abuse testing and background verification checks
