📋 Description

• Support deployment of scalable infrastructure and tooling, including Snowflake, dbt, AWS, and Sigma, for analytics, reporting, and real-time data exchange • Drive analyses across claims, EHR, and real-time patient activity data to inform care delivery and payer collaboration • Build and scale data pipelines and governance practices ensuring data integrity, availability, and compliance • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and external teams to prioritize data initiatives • Develop and maintain real-time analytics capabilities for monitoring metrics and strategic decisions • Integrate analytics into production systems with engineering and other teams • Provide insights from partner and provider data affecting patient outcomes and business success • Align data infrastructure with evolving strategic priorities, including pharma data and fee-for-service • Augment analytics processes with AI use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering • Strong technical foundation and track record building scalable data systems in cloud environments • Experience implementing modern data stacks, including Snowflake, AWS, dbt, and other best-in-class tools • Deep understanding of healthcare data, particularly claims, EMR, and patient-generated health data • Experience translating healthcare data into insights for care delivery, cost reduction, and payer-provider alignment • Experience working with actuarial teams or value-based care leaders to model risk, evaluate performance, and inform contract design or shared savings arrangements • Hands-on technical ability and systems-thinking mindset • Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills • Interest in emerging tools, methodologies, and AI use cases • Alignment with Daymark Health’s mission to transform cancer care • Must be based in the Northeastern US
