📋 Description

• Ability to independently handle requirements, design, and solutioning onsite/remote • Direct interaction with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions • Strong involvement in payroll and benefits end-to-end implementation cycles

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HCM solutions • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations • Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Payroll (US), 401(k) configuration and processing, Retro payroll and payroll adjustments, Leave of Absence (LOA), Payroll costing setup, Absence Management, Core HR Benefits • Strong understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements • Experience with US payroll processes and regulations • Deep knowledge of US Benefits domain • Experience with third-party benefits / 401(k) providers • Payroll integration with external vendors • Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards • Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign • Experience supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives • Benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates) • Handling complex eligibility and deduction scenarios • Experience with multi-vendor benefits landscape
