📋 Description

• Run the Project Management Office and support services presales for strategic pursuits across multiple sales regions • Ensure projects are sourced, launched, and delivered using best-practice project management within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality • Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage 10–20 PMO resources, including project managers and project coordinators • Oversee project planning, risk mitigation, communication strategies, budgeting, and financial controls • Monitor project progress, identify warning signs, intervene, and escalate as required • Monitor the health and performance of the professional services project portfolio using reports and dashboards • Participate in customer escalations and contribute to risk mitigation and issue resolution • Represent Professional Services value in pre-sales QBRs and client meetings for strategic engagements • Develop the PMO center of excellence, including PMI-aligned best practices, processes, and tools • Support assignment of technical and non-technical resources to projects • Serve as an escalation point for project and client-raised issues • Perform quality assurance reviews on strategic, stalled, or troubled projects and recommend remediation • Identify and champion project management, project execution, and internal process improvements • Report to the Vice President, Professional Services

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Must be within 45 minutes of a major regional airport • Approximately 20% travel • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent client-facing and internal communication, presentation, and technical communication skills • Knowledge and success performing in a Project Management Office for large programs • Experience leading project teams and collaborating with team members • Ability to apply project management knowledge to guide the PMO and project teams • Skilled in MS Office • 10 years serving in a client-facing services sales/delivery role • Experience in customer relationship management, financial management, contract administration and negotiation, policies and procedures, and/or program management • Experience in enterprise and strategic accounts (preferred) • Experience in PAM security, IT security, network, and IoT technologies (preferred) • Experience with Smartsheet (preferred) • Experience with Certinia PSA (preferred) • Experience with Confluence (preferred) • Current PMP certification (preferred) • Candidates must complete a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer
