📋 Description

• Oversee research programs from start to finish, including questionnaire design, analysis, and reporting • Co-lead key client accounts and maintain and strengthen client relationships • Analyze quantitative data and qualitative insights and develop conclusions with minimal oversight • Develop visually appealing ways to communicate research stories • Assist with or co-present research findings and recommendations to clients • Design screeners, discussion guides, and questionnaires • Collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors • Oversee and train research analysts and delegate work appropriately • Assist with new inquiries, proposal writing, and pitching • Support marketing through ideation, content creation, blog articles, and white papers

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience managing a range of market research projects from commissioning through delivery of the final presentation • B2B market research experience • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies, including segmentation, brand tracking, customer experience, product development, persona profiling, buyer/customer journey mapping, and ideation • Strong capabilities with research software and analytical tools such as SPSS/Q, Tableau, R, or advanced Excel • Understanding of MaxDiff, regression, conjoint, and other common market research statistics • Ability to interpret data and translate raw data into clear conclusions and actionable recommendations • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and execute multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
