📋 Description

• Assist with scheduling and contact center activities • Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments for new and existing patients at all locations • Collect and document patient medical history in the electronic medical record (EMR) • Perform other duties as assigned and as requirements evolve • Provide administrative and patient support using virtual technologies to streamline healthcare workflows and improve patient experiences

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Healthcare-specific training preferred, but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to US HIPAA laws and other relevant regulations • Reliable high-speed internet connection • Quiet, private workspace • Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor • Empathy and a caring attitude towards patients • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
