📋 Description

• Translate HR leadership initiatives into clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and owners • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders, from executive leadership to front-line hourly employees, to drive execution • Track progress, flag risks and blockers early, and keep initiatives moving • Run regular check-ins and status updates with stakeholders and leadership • Build simple, reusable templates and processes for recurring initiatives such as performance review cycles • Manage multiple initiatives in parallel from kickoff through full implementation • Coordinate people-focused initiatives including performance review cycles, onboarding programs, and career path development

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years managing multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through full implementation • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally to drive projects forward without formal authority • Experience in a multi-state, multi-unit organization with a high volume of hourly employees • Ability to operate independently and make sound judgment calls with minimal oversight • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, monday.com, MS Project, or similar preferred • HR or operations experience preferred • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification • Experience at a mid-sized company with 2,000–5,000 employees • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives while priorities shift • Self-starter able to drive initiatives forward with minimal day-to-day direction • Effective communication at every organizational level • Ability to ask questions, contribute ideas, and adapt when a different approach is chosen • Motivation by execution and results rather than strategy or long-term roadmap design
