β’ Champion the Det-Tronics Growth with Customer Focus strategy across North America. β’ Align commercial priorities, investments, and resources with enterprise growth objectives. β’ Build a customer-centric culture that delivers long-term partnerships, exceptional customer experiences, and sustainable profitable growth. β’ Drive strategic initiatives that strengthen market leadership, increase customer loyalty, and expand the installed base. β’ Develop and execute the North America commercial strategy aligned with the Det-Tronics strategic plan. β’ Own the Annual Operating Plan, delivering profitable growth through revenue, orders, margin, and market share expansion. β’ Translate enterprise strategy into clear regional priorities, measurable objectives, and execution plans. β’ Drive disciplined commercial execution through KPIs, forecasting, pipeline management, and business reviews. β’ Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and channel partners. β’ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. β’ Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent while building a strong succession pipeline. β’ Develop and execute regional pricing strategies that maximize profitable growth. β’ Ensure forecasting accuracy, CRM excellence, and data-driven decision-making that delivers predictable business performance. β’ Increase adoption of the complete Det-Tronics portfolio, associated brands, and new product introductions. β’ Identify new markets, emerging customer applications, and strategic growth opportunities. β’ Optimize distributor, representative, OEM, system integrator, and EPC partnerships. β’ Execute the Det-Tronics Strategy by championing execution of enterprise strategic initiatives across North America.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) β’ 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial, technical, or engineered solutions β’ Proven success leading multi-state or regional sales organizations β’ Demonstrated experience driving profitable growth, pricing strategy, forecasting, and commercial execution β’ Experience managing distributors, OEMs, EPCs, engineering firms, and strategic channel partners β’ Strong financial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins, and business performance β’ Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
