📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services • Perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory • Inspect products for correct operation and resolve or escalate issues according to established procedures • Schedule services and complete required paperwork • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality • Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks • Refill consumables as directed • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products • Instruct and train customers on installed hardware and software usage • Participate in training, KPI initiatives, and special projects

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant Field Services experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good written and verbal communication skills • Valid driver's license and driving record satisfying DN's fleet requirements • Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools • Ability to perform component-level hardware repairs • Ability to configure and install software • Ability to perform preventive maintenance and routine checks
