📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for ATMs, retail equipment, and other equipment within an assigned customer or product area. • Troubleshoot hardware and software failures using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis. • Perform component-level hardware repairs. • Clean and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks according to documented procedures. • Refill consumables as directed. • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products. • Train customers on the usage and operation of installed hardware and software. • Receive incident briefings and orders from dispatch. • Update dispatch on unforeseen issues and provide detailed briefings on completed activities. • Inform customers about service status, progress, and outcomes. • Identify technical or process problems and recommend improvements. • Use corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and information gathering.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
