📋 Description

• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. • Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, minor product repairs, and preventive maintenance within an assigned territory. • Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, and escalate according to established procedures. • Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures. • Perform component-level hardware repairs and adjust mechanical components. • Configure and install applicable software. • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products. • Instruct and train customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software. • Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and support customer satisfaction. • Participate in hardware and software training, KPI initiatives, and special projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
