📋 Description

• Answer customer calls and address requests or inquiries concerning services and products • Report problem areas • Utilize systems and tools to assist customers • Recommend products and services according to customer needs using sales expertise • Process purchases of products and services through operational systems • Identify and resolve customers’ technical issues • Cultivate and retain ongoing customers • Resolve complex issues and build rapport to create excellent customer experiences • Apply a Good-Better-Best sales approach to customer interactions • Represent DIRECTV as the voice of its brand

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience • Familiarity with Windows computers • Regular and reliable attendance • Reliable, secure, dedicated high-speed internet service • Established workspace free of distraction and noise, including a desk, chair, 3-prong outlet and direct LAN connection • Availability to work without interruption during assigned schedules and shifts • Willingness to comply with organizational security standards and processes, including trainings, audits, and performance management • Ability to support customers during working hours; some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required • Ability to sit or stand for long durations, such as 8–10 hours • Strong listening, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service/sales skills
