📋 Description

• Lead planning, structuring, and onboarding of large-scale technical portfolios with multiple complex, interdependent initiatives • Translate strategic objectives into portfolio roadmaps, governance frameworks, and delivery plans • Evaluate portfolio health, prioritization, and alignment with business and technology strategy • Oversee portfolio-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting • Align resource allocation with portfolio priorities alongside finance and business stakeholders • Shape and enforce portfolio and program management best practices, standards, and methodologies with Project and Program Management Centers of Excellence • Liaise between technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership • Facilitate alignment on priorities, dependencies, and resource conflicts across business areas • Identify, assess, and manage complex risks, issues, and dependencies • Develop mitigation strategies and escalation paths for high-impact or ambiguous problems • Monitor cross-portfolio dependencies to prevent delivery or financial impacts • Establish and lead mentorship relationships with project and program managers • Coach and develop talent and elevate the capability of the PM/PgM community • Apply cross-domain technical knowledge to guide decisions on complex problems • Integrate knowledge across technical disciplines and stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in portfolio, program, or project management • Experience managing large-scale, complex, and cross-organizational technical portfolios • Experience with portfolio financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting at scale • Proven track record leading multiple concurrent, high-complexity initiatives to completion • Subject matter expertise across multiple technical business domains • Advanced knowledge of portfolio management methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, including PMI, SAFe, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery models • Working knowledge of relevant technical infrastructure, systems, or platforms • Strong mentorship, coaching, and leadership capabilities • Excellent executive communication skills • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction • Strong problem-solving skills for complex and ambiguous challenges • PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or equivalent certification preferred • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, business, or management discipline preferred; advanced degree a plus • May require a background check due to routine access to proprietary data
