📋 Description

• Grow the territory through cold outreach, networking, and strategic channel partner relationships. • Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery, needs analysis, executive presentations, and pricing/contract negotiations. • Maintain ownership through post-sale and implementation phases for smooth client handoffs. • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce. • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas. • Travel domestically for client meetings, industry conferences, and team on-sites as required.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets. • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. • Ability to influence executive stakeholders. • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office. • High school diploma or equivalent experience/certifications. • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. • Self-motivated, organized, adaptable problem-solver with strong ethics and confidentiality.
