• Assist pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices • Inbound and outbound phone calls • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments • Verify insurance eligibility • Register new patients • Collect and update patient information
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years customer service experience • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
