📋 Description

• Architect and execute the People operations strategy while advising the executive team • Lead a People team comprising an HR Manager, HR Generalist, Culture Ambassador/Office Manager, and offshore Recruiter • Own end-to-end recruiting and hiring strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, recruiting, onboarding, and EOR management through Multiplier • Serve on the executive leadership team and align People initiatives with technology, revenue growth, and M&A activity • Advise leadership on domestic and international labor law and PE-backed performance metrics • Own People-side M&A integration, including cultural assimilation, change management, and talent retention • Manage personnel expenses through workforce planning and cost-per-employee metrics • Design and iterate on global compensation and benefits philosophy using Radford market benchmarking • Lead HR operations, including Workday, 15Five, and GSuite systems management • Design and lead global compliance infrastructure and promote equitable, inclusive practices

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, ideally scaling distributed, fast-growing organizations • Strong business acumen • Deep knowledge of labor law • Exceptional conflict resolution capabilities • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred • Experience driving People Operations for a global, remote workforce • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution • Commitment to employee well-being and ability to build trusting relationships across all organizational levels • Experience in Total Rewards and HR systems • Ability to influence executives and the board of directors • Experience balancing growth, profitability, budgets, and cost-per-employee KPIs
