📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and execute People strategies aligned with Nox Health business priorities, growth plans, and organizational needs • Advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent, workforce, leadership, and People matters • Partner with leaders on organizational design, operating models, workforce planning, and capability requirements • Translate business priorities into practical People solutions supporting organizational performance and growth • Lead and support organizational change and significant business transformations • Lead talent and succession planning for critical roles and key talent • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential and critical talent • Strengthen leadership and manager effectiveness through coaching, talent discussions, and learning and development partnerships • Use engagement surveys and employee feedback to strengthen engagement, culture, collaboration, retention, and employee experience • Provide leadership and oversight of People Operations and employee-lifecycle processes • Oversee and improve HR systems, workflows, data quality, reporting, and operational controls • Establish and improve People policies, processes, and governance • Lead global benefit programs and oversee benefits and retirement-plan vendors • Partner with leadership on compensation decisions, organizational changes, job architecture, and workforce investments • Ensure compliant employment practices and mitigate People-related risks • Partner with internal and external legal counsel on employment-related matters • Use People data and workforce analytics to inform decisions and monitor workforce metrics • Build, lead, coach, and develop People team members • Collaborate across the Nox Health People function on shared frameworks, tools, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor and Employment Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior HR leadership and strategic business partnership • Experience advising senior executives and translating business priorities into People and organizational strategies • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices • Experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states • Broad HR expertise across organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, Total Rewards, HR operations, performance, talent management, and compliance • Experience leading organizational change, transformation, integration, and development of scalable People processes and operating models • Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen • Experience using People data to support decision-making • Ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior leaders, and navigate complex organizational matters with sound judgment and discretion • International experience is an advantage • Experience in healthcare, technology, medical devices, or another regulated environment is an advantage
