📋 Description

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects • Take inbound calls from real estate investors interested in financing • Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, email, and text • Learn to evaluate real estate deals and identify the appropriate loan product • Review applications and supporting financial information • Guide borrowers from the initial conversation through closing • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in the CRM • Work toward defined activity, conversion, and production goals • Use CRM, digital communication tools, and AI to manage the sales pipeline efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales, athletics, business, recruiting, or another competitive environment • Competitiveness and motivation by goals, results, and outperforming expectations • Business acumen, ability to understand numbers, ask good questions, think critically, and communicate effectively with customers • Coachability and willingness to follow a proven process • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility over the phone • Comfortable spending a significant part of the day making calls and following up • Ability to manage time, activity, and priorities independently in a remote environment • Comfortable learning and using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and AI-assisted workflows • Willingness to adopt AI-assisted work practices • Experience with AI tools preferred • Mortgage experience is not required
