📋 Description

• Lead clients through successful implementation, from onboarding to product configuration and support • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with internal workflows and ensure smooth launches • Conduct kickoff meetings and implementation calls • Manage a high-volume client base post-onboarding through scaled account management • Develop and maintain project timelines for clients and internal teams • Provide training, user documentation, and educational resources in partnership with Marketing • Serve as the internal client advocate and ensure deadlines and requirements are met • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption • Track engagement metrics and demonstrate ROI to clients • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing teams to address client needs and resolve issues proactively • Partner with Relationship Management to facilitate contract renewals

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of client-facing experience in the healthcare industry • Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking • Quick learner with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Process improvement mindset • Experience managing technical implementations, such as SSO integration
