📋 Description

• Provide inquiry and transactional support services to People Practices customers • Respond to inquiries and complete basic transactions using case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms • Initiate and document transactions in compliance with procedures and data privacy standards • Provide professional and inclusive customer service • Escalate complex issues according to established protocols • Maintain current knowledge of People Practices policies and programs • Triage inquiries and ensure follow-up through resolution • Utilize Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems to support transactions and troubleshoot basic issues

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • 2-4 years of related experience required • Experience with Workday or ServiceNow preferred • Bilingual Spanish written/oral is REQUIRED for this role • Ability to support early-shift coverage from 6:00 AM EST • Experience using case and knowledge management tools, telephony, chat, online cases, and email platforms • Knowledge of People Practices policies and programs • Ability to adhere to case documentation, audit requirements, procedures, and data privacy standards
