📋 Description

• Serve as the primary customer contact across phone, email, text, and live chat • Deliver thoughtful, educated, personalized customer communication • Collaborate with the hospitality team to surface customer feedback, trends, and insights to the Director of Hospitality • Represent the Dry Farm Wines brand consistently and with integrity • Proactively anticipate customer needs and resolve issues efficiently • Handle sensitive or complex customer situations professionally • Act as lead copywriter for the Hospitality Team and supporting departments • Speak confidently about Dry Farm Wines, its wines, sourcing philosophy, and brand values • Educate customers about wines in an approachable way • Stay current on portfolio, seasonal offerings, and product updates • Participate in team meetings and contribute customer-experience insights • Utilize Zendesk and other platforms, including tags and workflows • Identify operational patterns and inefficiencies and suggest improvements • Adhere to and refine team SOPs • Use customer history and preferences to deliver personalized experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-caliber hospitality environment (Michelin-starred restaurant, luxury hotel, fine wine retail, or equivalent) • Basic knowledge of wine, including production, regions, natural and biodynamic farming, and food pairing • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a polished, educated, and approachable manner, both written and verbal • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus • Ability to manage high volumes across multiple communication channels simultaneously without sacrificing quality • Emotional intelligence and ability to meet customers with patience and empathy • Problem-solving under pressure • Strong attention to detail • CRM, ticketing system, and remote communication tool fluency • Critical thinking skills • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-8pm EST during the initial 90-day training period • Ability to work Wednesday-Saturday, 11am-7pm EST after training
