📋 Description

• Support new business implementations and operational continuity across multiple sites • Operate under the direct guidance of a Senior Team member, with more than 50% oversight and mentorship • Collaborate with engineering to develop detailed process flows and layout plans • Participate in performance improvement and crisis management support • Attend operational reviews for RFPs and implementation tollgates • Partner in hyper-care support for relocations, application migrations, and new launches • Help manage UAT and volume stress testing • Provide flexible operational support during hiring gaps or backfill transitions • Engage in DQP sessions and cross-functional planning forums • Support overall stabilization objectives within the operations support team • Comply with corporate and site-specific policies related to performance, safety, and quality • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or program management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience with process engineering, operational enablement, or system testing preferred • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Demonstrated proficiency in applicable WMS systems • English reading, writing, and verbal skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good organizational, personnel, and communication skills • Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation • Able to adapt effectively to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for several hours per day • Must be able to travel by plane and/or automobile
