📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of inventory accuracy, quality performance, and operational compliance • Own network-wide inventory accuracy performance • Establish standardized inventory control policies, audit routines, and research best practices • Define and monitor storage utilization and capacity health metrics • Establish and maintain quality management systems (QMS) • Lead ICQA-driven continuous improvement initiatives across the network

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred) • 8–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics (3PL experience strongly preferred) • 5+ years in inventory control, quality assurance, or operational excellence leadership • Experience managing multi-site distribution networks • Proven track record improving inventory accuracy • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
