📋 Description

• Define and own the data product roadmap aligned to business priorities and OKRs • Work with business stakeholders to identify, capture, and prioritize data product requirements • Develop data product specifications, including schemas, SLAs, access controls, and documentation • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery of data products • Establish and track KPIs for data product usage, quality, and business value delivered • Manage the data product catalog and metadata to enable discoverability and self-service • Lead data product sprint planning, backlog grooming, capacity management, and release management • Serve as the primary point of contact for data consumers across business domains • Drive adoption of the data product framework and advocate for data-as-a-product culture • Coordinate with governance, infosec, and compliance teams to ensure product-level policies are enforced

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a product management, data management, or analytics role • 3+ years managing data products in a modern data lakehouse or data warehouse environment • Strong understanding of data modeling, data lineage, and metadata management • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle tools (Jira, Confluence) • Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • SQL proficiency • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • Preferred: Experience with DataHub, Apache Atlas, or Alation for data cataloging • Preferred: Knowledge of data mesh and domain-oriented data ownership models • Preferred: Certifications such as CDMP, PMP, or Agile Product Owner
