📋 Description

• Independently design, develop, and implement complex, scalable Salesforce applications and integrations • Design and maintain back-end services, APIs, and automation workflows using Node.js, Python, Azure, and AWS • Build and manage ETL data pipelines on Azure and Salesforce Data 360 • Own Salesforce integrations with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven architectures • Lead customization and expansion of Agentforce capabilities for context-aware employee experiences • Implement Einstein Copilot, predictive analytics, and generative AI features in marketing and sales workflows • Lead AI and ML initiatives involving LLMs and generative AI, with focus on security and data governance • Develop, maintain, and optimize front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and web component architecture • Participate in Agile roadmap planning, technical direction, and peer code reviews • Mentor junior software engineers and promote engineering best practices • Collaborate with product managers, data science teams, and business partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of focused software engineering experience in a corporate setting • Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming principles • 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C# • Working knowledge and practical experience with generative AI productivity tools for software development strongly preferred • Deep knowledge of modern web development frameworks such as React.js or Next.js • Understanding of front-end state management and performance optimization • Strong experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments • Professional-level proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Practical experience integrating AI and ML technologies, including LLMs, into enterprise sales or marketing workflows • Exceptional problem-solving, architectural thinking, and analytical skills • Ability to communicate complex technical designs and collaborate across cross-functional teams • Advanced Salesforce platform development experience, including Apex triggers, asynchronous processing, Governor limit mitigation, and Lightning Web Components development (bonus) • Experience extending Agentforce and applying Einstein Copilot or similar AI-enabled Salesforce/CRM tools (bonus) • Salesforce Platform Developer or other advanced certifications (bonus) • Experience building and deploying machine learning models or familiarity with the MLOps lifecycle (bonus) • Expertise in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks (bonus) • Successful technical leadership of AI/Automation projects in business-critical environments (bonus) • Successful completion of a background check is required as a condition of employment
