📋 Description

• Provide subject matter expertise and lead direction for the CDI and Quality business line • Assist operational effectiveness and enhance delivery of services to clients and the CDI and Quality business unit • Develop and deliver education • Perform and lead CDI assessments and audits • Supervise CDI and Quality business units, teams, and/or work efforts • Provide CDI, Quality, HIM, coding, and compliance expertise and consulting services • Compose CDI tips and education • Seek client feedback to support ongoing business relationships • Work with Leadership on product delivery processes • Participate in team building, operational improvements, and professional growth • Provide initial and ongoing training for CDI staff at client sites • Communicate with and support clients as needed • Maintain confidentiality, security, and ethical standards • Manage time, prioritize, organize work, and complete responsibilities accurately within deadlines • Travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN nursing license required • BSN preferred • Current ACDIS CCDS or AHIMA CDIP certification required • 5+ years of clinical documentation experience with an acute care facility required • 2+ years of second level review, auditing and/or leadership experience required • Coding skills with working knowledge of ICD-10-CM and PCS and payment methodologies • Minimum 2 years of remote experience required • Consulting experience preferred • Strong analytical skills to clinically evaluate the medical record • Ability to independently use multiple computer applications for medical record review • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to communicate effectively with e4health management and all levels of client personnel • Organization and prioritization skills • Effective writing, speaking, and analytical skills • Integrity, passion, and ethics required • Strong collaboration skills • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities • Consistent initiative and strong drive for results and success • Commitment to a team environment • Well-developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including deep listening and attention to detail • Ability to self-motivate and self-direct • Strong time management and organizational skills • Commitment and adherence to company Core Values
