Early Warning is the digital backbone that connects, protects, and advances the everyday financial economy. It operates network-shared platforms and brands—most notably Zelle (a person-to-person payments network), Paze (tokenized checkout tied to bank relationships), and Certos (identity and payment risk solutions)—that enable fast payments, reduce fraud, and help banks and credit unions serve consumers and small businesses. Early Warning partners with thousands of banks and credit unions, reports broad adoption (150M+ enrolled consumer and small business accounts) and large transaction volumes (over $1. 2 trillion sent via Zelle in 2025), and uses shared data and analytics to screen transactions and prevent fraud across the banking sector.
