📋 Description

• Own the technical architecture behind ECI’s customer success, retention, and renewals model • Design workflows, automation, and AI capabilities that monitor customer health, identify risk and opportunity, and coordinate next-best actions • Identify and redesign repetitive operational processes across Customer Success, Renewals, Professional Services, and Support • Transform operational data into actionable customer intelligence for health scoring, churn-risk identification, expansion opportunities, and proactive engagement • Design and maintain integrations among Salesforce, customer success platforms, AI technologies, communication channels, and internal systems • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and build internal solutions where appropriate • Own the shared data model, integration strategy, automation standards, AI platform decisions, and engineering practices for post-sales • Set technical direction for GTM Engineering and partner with the Pre-Sales GTM Engineer on consistent customer-lifecycle architecture • Partner with business leaders to identify bottlenecks, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and build operational solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical operations role within B2B SaaS • Comfortable designing system architectures, working with APIs, automation platforms, AI technologies, and data models • Ability to write code when the right solution requires it • Strong understanding of Salesforce and how operational systems connect across the commercial organization • Systems-oriented approach to simplifying complex processes and eliminating repetitive work • Comfortable leading technical direction, influencing stakeholders, and partnering with engineers and business leaders • Interest in applying AI thoughtfully to solve operational problems
