📋 Description

• Build robust frontend applications using Vue.js 3 • Work on real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients • Build HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.js • Build and test custom internal TypeScript packages from scratch or migrate them from JavaScript • Integrate with third-party services including Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, and AWS/GCP • Apply real-time streaming experience where relevant • Help build Flagler Health’s clinical operating system for modern musculoskeletal care • Support MSK provider groups and specialty clinics in patient acquisition, clinical workflows, clinic operations, and ongoing patient engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience building highly-available applications in a regulated environment • Working knowledge of Vue 3, TypeScript, Node, Mongoose, and Express • Experience with monorepos, especially Turborepo • Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB • General healthcare technology / SaaS experience preferred • Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR / EHR preferred • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git preferred
