📋 Description

• Lead, own and fully manage small to large sponsorship programs within the corporate event world • Own the total event experience from conception through completion • Mentor junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert, guide and mentor across departments • Advise, guide and build loyalty with clients • Lead projects from transition through execution • Engage sponsors and exhibitors, serve as their point of contact, support their participation and manage their onsite experience • Act as primary liaison among clients, sponsors/exhibitors and third-party vendors • Plan, develop and execute sponsorship programs • Serve as sponsor manager for assigned programs • Develop sponsorship packages on behalf of clients when required • Manage fulfillment of sponsorship needs • Administer contracts, invoicing, fee collections, logo/collateral collection and deliverable timelines • Support sponsor registration and sponsor relations • Oversee sponsor programs onsite • Conduct final billing review with clients when required • Manage communications, planning, negotiation, budgets and conflict resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Knowledge of tradeshow industry • Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management or related sponsor/tradeshow management • Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead planning process • Minimum of 3-4 years of direct client management • Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills • Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications • Background in sponsorships required • Tradeshows preferred • Proactive, outgoing, dynamic and confident approach • Customer service background/basic understanding of managing corporate clientele relationships and needs • Required travel up to 25%
