📋 Description

• Acting as the primary client liaison, responsible for overseeing all communication with client, sponsor/exhibitor and all third party vendors • Planning, developing and executing sponsorship program • Serving as sponsor manager for a specific program • Developing sponsorship packages on behalf of client, if required • Responsible for fulfillment of all sponsorship needs • Managing invoicing and payment of all sponsorships • Overseeing sponsor program on-site (travel required) • Final billing review with client, if required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • Knowledge of tradeshow industry • Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management or related sponsor/tradeshow management • Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead planning process. • Minimum of 3-4 years of direct client management. • Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills. • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications. • Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience • Knowledge of sponsor management and fulfillment or strong customer service background
