📋 Description

• Review and analyze RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, QBSs, bids, and other solicitations • Identify evaluation criteria, response elements, forms, page limits, submission requirements, and compliance risks • Translate solicitation requirements into proposal response plans • Lead moderate to complex proposals and provide senior proposal coordination and production support for strategic pursuits • Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and work plans • Communicate milestones, ownership, review expectations, and deadlines to contributors • Partner with technical leaders, project teams, teaming partners, and subcontractors to collect, organize, and refine content • Coordinate day-to-day proposal assignments and provide technical and quality-control guidance to Marketing Coordinator teammates • Translate technical subject matter into accessible marketing language • Conduct research supporting pursuit strategy, client and market understanding, and content development • Lead design and production of graphics and layouts for proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, collateral, advertisements, and digital communications • Apply EEI brand standards across print and electronic materials • Assist with prospect research and maintenance of client, media, and market contact information • Support website, social media, events, and other marketing initiatives • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, branch and regional leaders, project managers, technical staff, People Services, Operations, teaming partners, and subcontractors • Report to the Marketing Manager; no supervisory duties

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, technical writing, or related experience, preferably within the AEC or professional services industry • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Construction Management, Communications, Journalism, Digital Strategy, or related field and/or relevant experience • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat, including creating, editing, formatting, and producing multi-page proposal and qualifications documents under deadline • Experience preparing proposals, statements of qualifications, compliance matrices, or Federal SF 330 submissions • In-depth experience with writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills • Background in graphic design, website content, social media, SEO, or digital advertising • Ability to manage time-sensitive proposal and production work while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining quality standards • Experience supporting architecture, engineering, construction, commissioning, energy, or professional-services organizations • Experience with graphic design and production; experience with website content, social media, SEO, or digital advertising is beneficial • Experience with OpenAsset is strongly preferred • Willingness/ability to travel up to 5% • Work authorization in the United States, as confirmed through Form I-9 and E-Verify
