📋 Description

• Support pre-RFP planning with Capture Managers by tracking milestones, creating templates, and scheduling strategy and solutioning sessions • Monitor targeted solicitations on SAM.gov, GovWin, GSA MAS, IDIQs, BPAs, and other sources • Support White Paper development for customer engagements • Assist with logistics and slide-deck development for customer meetings • Support RFI and Sources Sought responses • Lead the full proposal lifecycle for active RFPs/RFQs • Track amendments and update proposal materials • Review and interpret solicitation requirements, instructions, and evaluation criteria • Create and distribute proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, kick-off slide decks, and storyboards • Communicate updates, activities, expectations, and timelines to internal leaders, proposal contributors, and external partners • Manage proposal activities through daily stand-ups and regular meetings • Monitor progress, take corrective action, and escalate issues across proposal volumes and artifacts • Use approved AI tools and processes, including baseline content and compliance checks • Baseline non-technical sections and proofread and draft content for clarity, consistency, and persuasiveness • Ensure templates and responses are compliant, compelling, accurate, and aligned with requirements • Lead Pink, Red, and Gold Team reviews and conduct reviewer in-briefs • Lead debriefs and retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and improve proposal processes • Ensure technical solutions, win themes, discriminators, compliance, and requirements understanding are reflected across proposal volumes • Support proposal orals teams by coordinating logistics, scheduling and attending sessions, and providing participant feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, or a related field • Strong knowledge of the Federal Government contracting process • Minimum of five (5) years Federal pre-RFP and proposal development/management experience • Proven history supporting large, complex Federal proposals • Demonstrated experience leading prime Federal IT systems development proposals greater than $50M • Strong Federal proposal writing and editing skills • Ability to create original content using interview, research, and AI tools • Ability to organize material, quickly assimilate information, and lead proposal teams • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple proposals in a fast-paced environment while ensuring Company’s quality standards • Ability to lead large multi-partner teams and adapt communication style to changing requirements and needs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Passion to learn new ideas and concepts • Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator • Experience using Slack for communication and collaboration is desired • Experience outside proposal management, such as IT project roles or program management, is desired
