📋 Description

• Manage, maintain and optimise the AWS cloud environment • Build automation tools and streamline infrastructure management and deployment processes • Implement security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities and ensure compliance standards • Design and maintain highly available systems • Identify opportunities to improve performance and minimise downtime • Use monitoring tools, including Grafana, to identify, investigate and resolve infrastructure issues • Support and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes • Partner with Development teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions • Explore emerging technologies and optimise infrastructure costs • Contribute to ongoing platform improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering or a similar role • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including deploying, managing and optimising cloud infrastructure • Experience with scripting, automation and DevOps practices • Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including load balancing, firewalls and network security • Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools, ideally Grafana • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems • Strong understanding of infrastructure security, reliability and scalability • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical challenges • Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly • Relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, are nice to have • Experience with Azure or GCP is nice to have • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is not essential
