📋 Description

• Support enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision-making within the Corporate FP&A team • Partner with Finance leadership, Corporate functions, and operational leaders to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights • Develop strategic growth plans based on in-depth financial analyses • Serve as internal administrator for Adaptive Insights, handling maintenance, model builds/rebuilds, integrations, formulas, and Office Connect • Own and maintain rolling forecasts in Workday Adaptive Planning across revenue, labor, medical, vendor, and corporate cost categories • Track and forecast business trends and their impact on financial statements with senior leadership and service line leaders • Provide financial and operating metrics for financial results meetings, sponsor meetings, and operational reviews • Support annual budget cycles, including detailed modeling, version control, coordination with functional owners, and Workday Adaptive Planning processes • Act as finance partner to Corporate teams on cost management, vendor spend reviews, variance analysis, and project tracking • Reconcile Adaptive Planning, Power BI, and source systems by identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and driving cleanup actions • Communicate financial assumptions, risks, and implications to organizational leaders • Develop working knowledge of Elara financial and accounting systems, including Workday • Prepare and review ad-hoc reports to identify and solve critical, time-sensitive business issues • Maintain HIPAA-related patient and staff privacy and confidentiality • Perform other duties and projects as assigned • Report to the Director of Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required • 4+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles • 3+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience, including back-end support, forecasting, model management, and Office Connect is required • 1+ year of experience building in Power BI (preferred) • 1+ year of experience in Workday ERP (preferred) • Knowledge of the healthcare industry (preferred) • Workday/Adaptive Insights or Power BI certifications a plus • CPA or CFA a plus • Strong understanding of Adaptive Insights (Workday Planning), including maintenance, model building, integrations, formulas, and Office Connect • Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, financial reporting, and variance analysis • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex financial models • Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI • Ability to manage multiple initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment • Ability to maintain patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to HIPAA Privacy Final Rule
