📋 Description

• Own strategic enterprise pursuits in the assigned region from qualification through submission • Decode evaluator requirements and shape response strategy with account teams • Coordinate contributions across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security • Drive each submission to a high standard and deliver it on time • Run pursuits through an AI-first system • Improve the AI-first proposal system with each bid cycle • Identify repetitive work and systematize it into templates, reusable content, and processes • Lead regional proposal capacity or specialize in bid strategy as the function grows

🎯 Requirements

• Track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission • Experience ideally gained at a technology company • Fluency using AI in one’s own work • Experience shipping internal tooling or workflows, or partnering closely with engineers to do so • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Ability to turn technical and commercial input into clear, compliant, persuasive responses • Strong project management under deadline pressure • Ability to coordinate contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones • Commercial judgment to interpret scoring criteria, identify differentiators, and assess pursuit value • Additional languages beyond English are a bonus • Experience with security or compliance questionnaires is a bonus • Technical or pre-sales background is a bonus
