📋 Description

• Perform independent quality assurance reviews of deliverables and evidence packages before client submission • Verify traceability from test objectives through procedures, evidence, findings, and recommendations • Apply factual findings reporting discipline consistent with Agreed Upon Procedures engagements • Develop and maintain compliance matrices, agency scorecards, and enterprise roll-up reporting • Design and maintain normalized scoring models for consistent comparison across participating agencies • Maintain document control, version control, and deliverable submission and acceptance logs • Maintain the lessons learned repository and develop knowledge-transfer materials and job aids • Review outbound work products for confidential and exempt information before release • Translate technical testing results into executive-level reports and audit-ready documentation • Support consistent reporting across multiple agencies, projects, and business units

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting cybersecurity assessments, audits, compliance programs, quality assurance, or technical reporting • Experience producing deliverables reviewed and accepted by clients, auditors, or regulators • Experience producing consistent reporting across multiple projects, clients, or business units • Ability to review technical evidence for sufficiency, quality, traceability, and consistency • Working knowledge of NIST CSF, Rule 60GG-2, F.A.C., CIS Benchmarks, and internal audit documentation requirements • Ability to create compliance matrices, testing summaries, agency scorecards, and enterprise roll-up reports • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, Pandas, and data visualization tools • Experience analyzing SIEM output, vulnerability scans, configuration assessments, cloud logs, and Active Directory data • Strong quality assurance and document control experience • Ability to perform peer reviews and enforce project quality standards • Experience producing structured reporting across multiple organizations, including executive summaries and statewide roll-ups • Experience maintaining lessons learned repositories and supporting knowledge-transfer efforts • Excellent technical writing, editing, and presentation skills • Must reside in the state of Florida • No certification is mandatory at hire; candidates must be willing to pursue CISA or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) • Preferred: CISA, CIA, Security+, CRISC, CGEIT, or Lean Six Sigma • Preferred experience supporting an Office of Inspector General or independent audit function • Familiarity with public records exemption handling for cybersecurity findings
