📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and vision for the Generative AI platform • Align new capabilities with strategic business goals • Work closely with the VP of Generative AI Platform and stakeholders across the organization • Connect business needs with technical feasibility • Manage product priorities • Communicate progress to executives and key users • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Generative AI platform roadmap • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt with engineering and business partners • Liaise among business, engineering, and cross-functional teams • Gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Lead product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management with the Scrum Master • Monitor AI platform trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity • Provide thought leadership for the long-term Generative AI platform vision • Define and track product KPIs for platform adoption, performance, and business impact • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and refine product strategy • Balance short-term priorities with long-term platform vision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field • 7+ years of product management experience • Proven experience managing complex technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and cloud-based infrastructure • Strategic thinking skills • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa, including CPT/OPT • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for remote and hybrid positions • Reliable fiber, cable, or DSL internet connection • Adequate home workspace with limited disruption for remote and hybrid positions • Product management experience with AI, cloud, or platform products (sets candidate apart) • MBA or other advanced degree (sets candidate apart) • Product management or agile certification, such as CSPO or Pragmatic Institute certification (sets candidate apart)
