📋 Description
• Own and continuously refine the organization’s sales KPI framework • Build and maintain the standardized reporting suite • Track and report core metrics and performance • Ensure Salesforce data integrity • Identify and implement automation for sales data • Collaborate with Technology team on roadmap • Build and manage prospecting workflows in Clay
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence • Advanced Salesforce proficiency • Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable data-enrichment platforms • Strong analytical skills • Advanced Excel skills • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and a process-oriented mindset.
