• Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team • Oversee account strategy, long-term customer obligations, asset performance, profitability, and execution across multiple customer sites • Serve as reviewer, advisor, approver, and escalation leader for asset management plans, KPIs, capital planning, customer account performance, and complex operational issues • Oversee performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of customer facilities, infrastructure, and physical assets • Provide strategic oversight of facility maintenance, repair, and capital improvement programs • Review and analyze facility and asset performance metrics, operating costs, maintenance expenditures, and financial results • Lead annual planning for facility operations, capital projects, resource allocation, and long-range asset management strategies • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for asset management, facility operations, maintenance planning, and performance reporting • Advise Asset Managers and customers on complex operational issues, facility-related risks, capital investment priorities, and asset optimization • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations • Review and approve strategies to improve profitability, asset reliability, asset life cycles, and customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • Four years of directly related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree • Minimum seven years of related experience required • Minimum three years of leadership experience in asset management, facilities management, O&M, energy infrastructure, property operations, or a related operational environment • Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices • Knowledge and ability to enforce safety policies within the department • Ability to create additional business growth opportunities through customer management • Ability to manage profit and losses and report on quarterly and monthly projections • Ability to create a reliable financial forecast • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment • Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors • Ability to multitask and perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary • Ability to travel to job sites and office locations 50% of the time • Ability to perform physical activities including climbing stairs and remaining stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to perform light work, including adjusting or moving objects up to 20 pounds
