📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical positions supporting DoD and Intelligence Community customers • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring process • Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical and cleared talent • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future staffing requirements • Help streamline recruiting, onboarding, and employee processing • Attend local recruiting events, career fairs, and industry networking events throughout the DMV • Improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and employee retention • Support A&M's growth through industry relationship building and networking • Participate in select business development activities • Contribute to shaping the hiring process, building the talent network, supporting employees, and company growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Experience recruiting within Federal IT, DoD, Intelligence Community, or Government Contracting strongly preferred • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and skill sets • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment • Must be local to the DMV area and available for occasional local events • Experience recruiting cleared professionals highly preferred • Active security clearance is a plus, but not required • Business development or federal contracting experience is a plus
