📋 Description

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses for assigned business areas • Support complex month-end close activities, including volume estimation, accrual development, and reconciliation review • Perform advanced variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year • Synthesize findings into actionable commentary for leadership and cross-functional partners • Develop and maintain annual budgets and integrated forecast models • Design, enhance, and govern financial reporting templates and dashboards • Drive process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency within FP&A workflows • Execute complex ad hoc analyses and provide analytical leadership on special projects, strategic initiatives, and executive-level reporting • Mentor and support Financial Analysts through guidance, training, and developmental feedback • Liaise with analysts, management, and cross-functional partners to align priorities and deliver financial insights • Oversee ERP metadata structure, maintenance, and accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University in Accounting or Finance required • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a large, complex business environment in Accounting or Finance required • Demonstrated expertise reviewing and analyzing financial results • Proficient with MS Office Suite and Hyperion Essbase/Smartview • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while providing accurate, reliable, high-quality work • Ability to communicate effectively at all personnel levels • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion • Ability to identify potential challenges, risk issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities • Previous experience in healthcare is preferred • Must meet employment eligibility requirements; Envision Healthcare uses E-Verify for newly hired employees
